OUR STANDARDS
The world of private security is a high-stake world where split-second decisions are made on a daily basis under pressure and often in hostile environments or circumstances. In order to provide our customers with the most valuable and safest experience at all times, we have implemented strict protocols and continuously seek to improve our operations by enforcing and owning up to the following standards:
We maintain a rigorous recruitment process where all operators are fully background-checked and screened. In order to maintain the highest standards of recruitment, we choose to remain a boutique firm where executive management and ownership know every operator personally and we typically hire via referrals of long-time acquaintances or well-established local training centers
Our operators are required to train continuously in order to stay within the group and the various levels of skillset/security offered below for each operator reflect this required training. There is no advancement possible within the group without going through the training process
We have a strict code of conduct for all our operators, who must behave professionally, be well-mannered and refrain from using discourteous or hurtful language or behavior
All of our operators must obey Federal, State and local law at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy for anything different and take any related issue or complaint very seriously. Armed operators must maintain all required licenses and permits at all times
We monitor new technologies and skillsets available on the market and work closely with local training centers to continuously improve our level of expertise and service.
